We are at it again with corporate lunches and training day lunches.
It's always fun when the team are here at 6am smashing out corporate and training lunches : )
Now it's time to move on to prepping down for the big events for the weekend.

So it's been a very busy month of May for Low Tech Solutions Pty Ltd. We have very many new creations which we have created with numerous customers and also a lot of new challenges in the kitchen.
Chefs have been hard at work but loving every moment that they create. May it be something old with an added twist to it or something that they have never tried their hand at.
We love to create new and mouth watering food for you to eat.

​It was an absolute joy to create and work on this cake.
​The client has coeliac so the kitchen was cleaned down and no gluten was to enter the pastry side.​

We had a lovely student from Kelmscott High School in the kitchen today preparing her plant cell cake for a school holiday science project. Awesome effort put in to this cake by Mackenzie Tierney (Year 8), all she needed was a little guidance from the team.
